Realbotix has launched an interactive AI chatbot called Ask Aria, now available on its website. The feature enables users to engage in voice-based conversations with a digital version of Aria, the company’s AI-powered humanoid robot. The chatbot operates using Realbotix’s proprietary large language model and is designed to replicate emotionally responsive dialogue. Users can interact with Aria in 25 languages, with the system automatically detecting and responding in the same language.
The company states that interactions with the chatbot are used to train and enhance its AI model. According to Realbotix, Ask Aria serves as a demonstration tool for prospective buyers, allowing them to experience the software before purchasing physical hardware. The system is also positioned as part of the company’s broader strategy to develop and deploy AI solutions across sectors including healthcare, customer service, and entertainment.
CEO Andrew Kiguel said the feature provides potential partners with direct access to the company’s proprietary AI model and supports Realbotix’s strategy to scale its technology. The chatbot is integrated with the same AI that powers the company’s hardware but can also be configured to work with third-party AI systems. Realbotix indicated that data from user interactions with Ask Aria will be used to refine the AI’s conversational accuracy and emotional responsiveness. The initiative is part of the company’s data-driven approach to AI development and commercialization.
