Doosan Robotics will introduce PalletizHD+, an AI-based palletizing system, at Automate 2026 in Chicago, where it will also demonstrate robotic sanding, welding and end-of-line automation applications. The system combines a robot, artificial intelligence software and application controls through PalletizOS, the company’s proprietary palletizing operating system. Doosan Robotics said PalletizHD+ can process up to 11 boxes per minute and handle multiple boxes simultaneously.
PalletizHD+ uses SwiftMove, an AI-based motion optimisation technology that analyses robot travel paths before operation and adjusts movements for speed and stability. Users can enter box dimensions and pallet specifications through the system’s interface, after which the software generates stacking patterns. The system also includes remote support functions for monitoring and troubleshooting.
The company will also display Scan&Go 2.0, an updated version of a system developed with MARI and introduced at CES 2026. The technology uses physics-informed AI and 3D vision to enable robotic arms to perform industrial tasks autonomously. Demonstrations at Automate 2026 will focus on sanding and welding.
Other exhibits will include end-of-line systems for case erecting, packaging and palletising, as well as a robotics training kit.
