Faraday Future Intelligent Electric has announced the start of deliveries of its newly introduced Embodied AI (EAI) robot. The first delivery will be made to Golden Hills Investment LLC, a vacation rental operator active in Florida and Nevada.
According to the company, this is the first commercial delivery of its EAI Robotics product line, which was introduced only weeks ago as part of a broader expansion beyond electric vehicles. Faraday Future describes itself as an “Embodied AI ecosystem” company and states that this deployment represents the initial step in building what it calls an “EAI Robot & Vehicle +” application model.
Deployment in Luxury Short-Term Rentals
Golden Hills Investment LLC operates high-end short-term rental properties. Faraday Future says the robots will be deployed within premium vacation homes, where they are expected to provide both functional and experiential value to guests.
The company did not disclose the number of robots included in the initial batch, nor did it specify detailed technical information regarding the robots’ capabilities, autonomy level, hardware configuration, or AI architecture. Financial terms of the agreement were also not disclosed.
Faraday Future describes the collaboration as the first U.S. deployment of its EAI robots in a vacation rental setting and positions it as a commercial application within the hospitality sector.
Strategic Positioning
The company regards the deployment as a real-world usage scenario that can demonstrate the integration of robotics into consumer-facing environments. It states that the initiative is designed to support operating performance at the rental properties while also increasing visibility for its robotics offering.
Faraday Future further notes that it plans to provide additional details about the delivery and its broader strategy in an upcoming Co-CEO Weekly Report and follow-up communication.
Expansion Beyond Electric Vehicles
Historically focused on electric vehicle development, Faraday Future recently announced its entry into the robotics sector under the banner of Embodied AI. The initial delivery marks the first publicly announced customer deployment under this new business direction.
The company states that it intends to expand real-world deployment of its EAI robotics systems and explore additional “EAI Robot & Vehicle +” application scenarios across the United States. Beyond hospitality, no further sectors were specified in the announcement.
With this initial delivery to a vacation rental operator, Faraday Future begins commercial deployment of its robotics initiative, positioning hospitality environments as an early application domain for its Embodied AI strategy.
