Figure has entered into a partnership with Brookfield to support the development of humanoid robotics and related artificial intelligence infrastructure. The agreement includes Brookfield’s participation in Figure’s Series C fundraising round.
Under the partnership, Brookfield will provide access to its real estate portfolio, which includes more than 100,000 residential units, 500 million square feet of commercial office space, and 160 million square feet of logistics space. These environments will be used to collect video data for training Figure’s Helix model, a vision-language-action system designed to support humanoid robot development. Figure has already begun data collection in Brookfield properties and plans to expand the program.
The companies also intend to collaborate on infrastructure projects, such as GPU data centers and real estate dedicated to robotic training, as well as explore commercial deployment opportunities for humanoid robots within Brookfield’s operations. Figure has initiated pilot deployments with other customers, and the Brookfield partnership is expected to expand potential use cases across multiple sectors.
Brookfield, which manages over \$1 trillion in assets, described the collaboration as aligned with its broader strategy of incorporating artificial intelligence into its real asset and business platforms.
