Pudu Robotics Deploys Service Robots in Davos Tech Summit’s Robot City Program

Pudu Robotics is demonstrating several commercial service robots in retail, hospitality and public-space settings during the Davos Tech Summit 2026, as part of the event’s Robot City initiative. The company deployed four robots across three locations in Davos to show how autonomous systems can perform routine operational tasks in live commercial environments. The summit’s Robot City program places robots in everyday settings, allowing visitors, industry participants and customers to observe their use outside controlled demonstration areas.

At a SPAR supermarket, Pudu’s CC1 Pro floor-cleaning robot operated during regular business activity. The robot used vision, LiDAR and AI perception to navigate customer traffic, shelving layouts and changing aisle conditions. Pudu said the CC1 Pro’s rear AI camera can detect remaining stains after cleaning and carry out targeted re-cleaning.

At Hilton Davos, FlashBot Max and BellaBot Pro were used for hotel service tasks. FlashBot Max delivered supplies between floors through integration with the building’s elevator system, while BellaBot Pro greeted guests and delivered food and beverages using autonomous navigation and interactive features. The company said the hotel setting required the robots to coordinate tasks such as pickup, elevator access and guest interaction.

At the Davos train station plaza, Pudu’s MT1 Max carried out cleaning tasks in an outdoor and semi-outdoor public environment. The robot used 3D perception, LiDAR and multi-sensor fusion to navigate around pedestrians and changing surroundings. It also has an IP54 protection rating and rain-avoidance features intended for outdoor operation.

Pudu said the deployments reflect its approach to embodied AI, in which robots use perception, navigation and task-execution capabilities to operate in changing physical environments. The company’s technology architecture is based on its PuduFM foundation model and PuduAgent platform, which are designed to support different robot categories, including service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery and general embodied AI.

The company said the shared architecture is intended to reduce deployment complexity, improve fleet coordination and support localization across markets. Pudu has delivered more than 130,000 robots worldwide and operates in more than 85 countries and regions, with overseas markets accounting for more than 80% of revenue, according to the company.

Pudu also cited its work with regional partner Robobee and Swiss retailer Denner, under which 200 PUDU CC1 cleaning robots are expected to be deployed across Denner’s store network. The company said the deployment is intended to support store operations through human-robot collaboration.

Pudu Robotics develops commercial service robotics products for sectors including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate and property services, healthcare, entertainment and sport, education and public services. The company says it has filed more than 1,800 patent applications worldwide and offers products across service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery and general embodied AI.
