Pudu Robotics has opened a U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The new facility, located in Richardson’s Sherman Tech Center, is designed to function as a central hub for the company’s activities in both North and South America, integrating office space, a product showroom and on-site warehousing.
The Dallas location is intended to improve coordination and efficiency across regional operations. Its central geographic position and access to established logistics infrastructure are expected to support distribution and customer engagement across multiple markets. As part of the same restructuring, Pudu has converted its Santa Clara office into a logistics support outpost and implemented a dual-warehouse system on the U.S. coasts to facilitate nationwide delivery.
Pudu entered the U.S. market in 2018 and has since expanded its presence across a range of industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, logistics, retail and entertainment. The company reports that nearly 15,000 of its robots have been deployed in the Americas, contributing to a regional revenue increase of 285% year over year. It also reported growth in its distributor network, with partnerships increasing by 63.6% over the same period.
The company’s product offerings in the region span service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial logistics and embodied artificial intelligence applications. Its service delivery robots include the BellaBot and BellaBot Pro models, while its cleaning portfolio includes the PUDU CC1, MT1 and BG1 series. Industrial logistics is supported by the PUDU T-series, and its D5 series represents its embodied AI systems designed for complex environments.
According to the company, its customer base includes organizations such as Walmart, Accenture, NASA, Norwegian Cruise Line and Honeywell. Pudu stated that its growth in the Americas has been accompanied by the development of localized teams covering sales, after-sales service, solutions and marketing functions.
Raymond Pan, general manager of the Americas at Pudu Robotics, said the company is focusing on a localized strategy to support long-term growth in the region. “Our new headquarters and infrastructure optimization provide a solid foundation for this ambition,” he said. “By continuing to invest in localized products, enhancing our regional supply chain, and strengthening our partner ecosystem, we are accelerating our growth across the Americas.”
Pudu Robotics reports that it has shipped more than 120,000 units globally and operates in over 80 countries and regions. The company said it plans to continue expanding its presence in the Americas while pursuing growth in other international markets as part of its broader strategy.
