Realbotix Corp. has launched a commercial pilot of its AI-powered humanoid robot Aria at the Tix4 kiosk in the Fashion Show Las Vegas shopping center. The deployment, which begins on August 7, is the first time a Realbotix robot is being used in a public-facing, customer service role.
Aria will assist visitors with real-time information on Las Vegas shows, attractions, and dining options, as well as handle ticketing and reservation support. Equipped with conversational AI, multilingual capabilities, and natural speech interaction, Aria is designed to offer a lifelike interface for engaging with tourists and customers in a retail setting.
The deployment at Tix4, a well-known vendor of discounted Las Vegas entertainment tickets, is intended to demonstrate how humanoid robotics can be integrated into high-traffic commercial environments. According to Realbotix, the initiative is part of a broader effort to scale its robotics platform for use in sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and tourism.
The company’s technology combines modular AI systems with human-like physical design to enable expressive interaction and task-oriented customer service. Realbotix states that Aria’s deployment is aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer engagement, while also showcasing the company’s capacity to move from prototype to commercial application.
Andrew Kiguel, CEO of Realbotix, said the rollout highlights the company’s readiness to support practical business needs across different industries. Tix4 CEO Andrew Shack noted that the integration of Aria is intended to enhance the customer experience through interactive guidance and real-time support. Realbotix manufactures its robots in the United States and focuses on applications across entertainment, hospitality, and personal assistance sectors.
