Realbotix Corp. has released its interim financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, covering the three and six months ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a 166% year-over-year increase in revenue for the quarter, reaching $761,000 (CAD$1.1 million), and a 220% increase in revenue for the six-month period, totaling $1.6 million (CAD$2.3 million).
Despite the revenue growth, Realbotix recorded a net loss of $3.9 million for the six-month period. This includes a non-cash crypto revaluation loss of $1.5 million. The loss per share stood at $0.02 for both the three- and six-month periods, compared to a loss per share of $0.03 for the same quarter in 2024 and earnings per share of $0.05 for the six-month period ended March 31, 2024.
Operationally, the company unveiled its AI-powered humanoid robots at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2025, an event that the company states generated an estimated 4 billion media impressions globally. Following this, Realbotix expanded its software capabilities in February with support for third-party large language models including those developed by OpenAI, Meta, Google, and DeepSeek. This integration allows for broader compatibility and potential applications of its robotic platform.
Also in February, Realbotix introduced its proprietary Robotic AI Vision System, which includes features such as facial and object recognition, face tracking, and real-time situation detection.
In the second quarter, the company initiated partnerships aimed at expanding its commercial presence. In April, Realbotix announced a pilot project with Tix4, a Las Vegas-based ticketing company, to deploy a robotic customer service agent at a retail kiosk. In May, the company extended this collaboration by integrating Hollo.AI’s concierge and ticketing platform into its humanoid robots, with a live deployment scheduled at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas from May 27 to 29.
“Our focus in 2025 is on building the business, showcasing our robots and AI, establishing partnerships for the future, and having meaningful acceleration of sales into 2026 and beyond. Realbotix has established meaningful partnerships and is laying the groundwork for more collaborations as we roll out our robot and AI technology,” said Andrew Kiguel, CEO of Realbotix.
