Realbotix, a developer of AI-powered humanoid robotics, will debut a robotic customer service representative during a live demonstration at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas from May 27 to 29. The activation is part of a new collaboration with ticketing company Tix4 Inc. and conversational AI firm Hollo.AI.
The pilot will feature a Realbotix humanoid robot operating as a Tix4 sales representative and using Hollo.AI’s concierge and ticketing artificial intelligence system. The robot is designed to engage in real-time conversations and provide information on shows, venues, and ticket options relevant to the Las Vegas market.
The demonstration is intended to evaluate the effectiveness of humanoid robots in high-traffic customer service environments. According to Realbotix CEO Andrew Kiguel, the initiative aims to measure the ability of robots to serve as frontline agents and generate customer engagement.
Tix4 CEO Andrew Shack stated that the collaboration is intended to enhance the company’s visibility and ticketing experience by integrating AI and robotics with its ticket inventory and retail locations. Hollo.AI CEO Rex Wong added that the deployment reflects the company’s broader effort to create AI systems capable of real-world interaction beyond pre-programmed responses.
The Realbotix robot will be stationed at the Tix4 booth during a conference hosted at The Venetian Resort. The companies involved describe the project as an example of embodied AI, combining robotics hardware with adaptive conversational software in a live commercial setting. Realbotix manufactures customizable humanoid robots in the United States for use in entertainment, customer service, and personal interaction. The company’s technology supports lifelike motion, facial expressions, and interactive dialogue.
