Richtech Installs ADAM Service Robot at Times Square Store

by Pieter Werner

Richtech Robotics has installed its ADAM service robot at tm:rw, a technology-focused retail destination in Times Square, New York, where the robot is serving coffee and other beverages to visitors.

The Nevada-based company, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker RR, said ADAM is positioned at the front of the store. The first coffee served by the robot at the location was provided to tm:rw brand ambassador Shaquille O’Neal on April 9, 2026.

Richtech Robotics Chief Executive Wayne Huang said the collaboration with tm:rw reflects the company’s focus on bringing its service robotics products to consumer-facing brands. “tm:rw is focused on what’s next in tech, entertainment, and culture, and we believe ADAM is paving the way for innovation in service robotics,” Huang said.

ADAM is Richtech Robotics’ flagship dual-armed beverage service robot. The company said the robot uses NVIDIA Jetson Thor technology and is designed to interact with customers, offer drink recommendations and respond to changes in its surroundings.

Richtech Robotics develops service robots and related data infrastructure for commercial and industrial uses. The company says its robots are intended to work alongside employees in sectors including hospitality, services and factory operations. tm:rw describes itself as a destination for technology, brands and experiences focused on innovation.
