Tacstone Technology has achieved Platinum Partner status within UiPath’s partner program. This recognition highlights Tacstone’s expertise, performance, and contributions in the field of intelligent automation. With this status, Tacstone Technology positions itself as an expert in Enterprise Automation and AI. The Platinum status was granted based on a combination of certifications, competencies, and completed projects.
“We have been a UiPath partner for seven years and have built up a lot of knowledge and expertise during that time,” says Ebert Knol, managing partner at Tacstone Technology. “UiPath continues to be the market leader in enterprise automation and AI, as Gartner also repeatedly recognizes. UiPath has been active in the Netherlands for many years and a wide range of organizations have it in-house. Given our expertise, we are best positioned to support prospective and current customers to solve real life business challenges and achieve increased efficiency, productivity and operational excellence with the UiPath Platform. For us, close ties with SAP are also important, as many companies work with both UiPath and SAP.”
Breaking new ground with AI
“The field of AI is evolving very fast, and in order to ensure that our Dutch customers are seeing a sustainable and reliable real-life impact of this deeply transformative technology, strengthening AI adoption capabilities among our customer base is key,” said Jaap-Jan Wever, Regional Vice President Benelux at UiPath. “That is why we are delighted to know that we can count on partners such as Tacstone to continue to be a catalyst for innovation with automation and AI, and help our joint customers make the best of the capabilities of the UiPath Platform. Having partnered with UiPath early on, they have evolved and refined their knowledge and expertise, ranging from RPA, enterprise automation, to AI. This makes them very well positioned to support our joint customers to reap the benefits of AI and usher in the Agentic Automation era, turning the AI promise into tangible results.”
Addressing Key Challenges
“We regularly help organizations establish centers of excellence (CoE) and advise on governance. A crucial part of our role is also introducing new functionalities and products. Currently, the three most important innovations are test automation, intelligent document processing, and communications mining. These technologies are not widely known yet, and we assist clients by providing proof of concept, exploring application possibilities, executing projects, and delivering training.”
Many organizations face challenges such as staff shortages, improving operational efficiency, enhancing services, or addressing shortcomings in existing applications. Businesses are looking for digitalization, automation, and overall efficiency improvements.
Providing Inspiration for Automation
Some companies are still in the early stages of automation. “They need knowledge, inspiration, and examples—trying, testing, and seeing how it works. More advanced companies have already implemented the basics and now want to scale up, increase impact, achieve cost savings, and further optimize their processes.
These organizations are now asking: how do we scale automation across the enterprise? How do we automate more complex processes? More importantly, how can AI be integrated into existing automation solutions?
To meet these needs, we have a team of over 40 specialists and consultants. Specifically for the UiPath platform, we now have five team members certified as AI Specialized Professionals. This certification is relatively new but demonstrates our expertise and hands-on experience with UiPath solutions like Document Understanding and Communications Mining.”
Future Ambitions
“Our ambition is to be the partner of choice choice for organizations who aim to innovate with automation and AI. However, technology, services, or platform choices are not our primary focus. Instead, our priority is understanding and addressing customer needs and challenges,” concludes Knol.
