Vention released its updated Rapid Series Palletizer, a modular palletizing system designed to expand the company’s end-of-line automation portfolio. The system is now available in North America and is scheduled to be demonstrated at Pack Expo Las Vegas from September 29 to October 1, 2025.
The latest version of the Rapid Series Palletizer incorporates a range of hardware and software updates. It supports vertical stacking up to 136 inches with an optional riser and is equipped with a redesigned base compatible with both pallet jacks and forklifts for anchor-free mobility. The system is offered with robotic arms from FANUC and Universal Robots, with payload capacities up to 30 kg for collaborative robots and 140 kg for industrial models.
The palletizer can handle a variety of items, including boxes, trays, bags, and pails, depending on the gripper configuration. Its software platform includes tools for generating palletizing recipes and managing multiple SKUs, while the integrated analytics system provides diagnostics and performance tracking. Additional features include remote video support with a claimed response time of under 10 minutes and 24/7 live-streaming capabilities.
The system is part of Vention’s broader automation ecosystem, which includes modular components such as conveyors, box erectors, and case packers, all controlled via a unified software interface. According to the company, this modular architecture is intended to facilitate deployment, reduce integration time, and support scaling across different manufacturing sites.
