Vision-AI Solutions for Autonomous Vehicles and Robotics at Automotive World 2025

by Pieter Werner

oToBrite Electronics, developer of Vision-AI technologies, has announced the expansion of its portfolio into broader autonomy applications. The company, which has previously focused on Level 2+ Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for passenger and commercial vehicles, is now targeting self-driving trucks, delivery robots, autonomous logistics, smart agriculture, and unmanned vehicles. This development was revealed at the Automotive World 2025 exhibition.

oToBrite credits its progress to expertise in high-speed camera module manufacturing and deep learning-based Vision-AI technologies. Its integrated approach involves in-house development of algorithms, software-hardware integrations, and camera modules, enabling the company to cater to diverse driving and robotic scenarios. The company’s technology suite extends to autonomous robots and unmanned vehicles, emphasizing its adaptability across different autonomy applications.

Since debuting the first Vision-AI Automatic Parking Assist (APA) system for XPENG Motors in 2018, oToBrite has continued to innovate. Its advancements include the Autonomous Valet Parking (AVP) system and multi-camera VSLAM (Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology. These innovations, combined with high-performance AD camera modules, have supported functionality enhancements for autonomous robots and unmanned vehicles. Furthermore, oToBrite’s Vision-AI solutions enable compliance with several regulations for heavy commercial vehicles, such as UN R79 (ACSF-B1/ESF), UN R151 (BSIS), UN R159 (MOIS), UN R158 (REIS), and UN R49 (e-mirror functions).

At Automotive World 2025, oToBrite is showcasing several Vision-AI-driven products. Highlights include its all-in-one system, oToGuard, designed for heavy commercial vehicles, multi-camera VSLAM technology, and its 1-8MP GMSL™ AD camera modules. These modules are compatible with various edge AI and robotic platforms, underscoring the company’s efforts to advance autonomous vehicle and robotics technology.
