Elite Robots to Showcase New Products at Automatica Trade Fair

by Pieter Werner

Automatica, the international trade fair focusing on smart automation and robotics, is set to take place in Munich from June 27-30. Among the array of exhibitors, Elite Robots is scheduled to display its recently developed solutions at HALL B4 – Booth 311, created in cooperation with its local partners.

Two recently launched products by Elite Robots, EC64-19 and CS620, will be highlighted at the fair.

The CS620, being introduced to the European market at Automatica, is designed for tasks involving medium to high payloads. The robot has a payload capacity of 20 kg and a reach radius of 1800 mm. Furthermore, it has a 5A output source and a maximum TCP speed of 3.9 m/s, reportedly 35% faster than comparable models.

The company will also display the CS625, a robot with a 5A output source, a payload capacity of 25 kg, and a reach radius of 1500mm. The CS625 is designed with a focus on durability and precision.

The CS620 and CS625 robotic arms both have an IP68 degree of protection and comply with ISO class 5 clean room standards, indicating they can operate in various environments, including those with stringent hygiene requirements.

Elite Robots’ EC series, specifically the EC64-19 robot, has a reach of 1900mm. The company has coupled this robot with Shining3D’s FreeScan device to enable quality control of large parts. The EC64-19 robot and the FreeScan device can inspect and photograph products within a spherical space of 1.9 m.

The company will also be displaying the Mantis Mini, an automated 3D measurement and evaluation device. The Mantis Mini, which incorporates the CS66 Cobot from Elite Robots and the Simscan from Scantech 3D, is reported to have an accuracy of up to 0.015mm. This device is designed to work with the NEXOS AIR Software by 11-Dynamics.

Finally, Elite Robots has partnered with Go2CAM to develop an offline CAM programming solution. The solution, which uses the CS66 cobot arm from Elite Robots, is intended to be used in surface treatment processes, including deburring, grinding, and polishing.
