Russian Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies (CAST) offers a reward for the capture of a THeMIS unmanned ground vehicle by Milrem Robotics. Ukraine is the first country to deploy these robots in combat.

According to Russian journalist Alexander Kots, cited on online news portal Censor.net , the Russian government agency will pay 1 million rubles, approximately €16,600, to anyone who manages to capture a THeMIS UGV and bring it to the Russian Armed Forces.  “We take CAST’s challenge as a compliment,” a Milrem spokesperson is cited on Estonian news site ERR. According to the spokesman Milrem delivered the first THeMIS UGV configured for the transport of equipment and the wounded to Ukraine at the end of August.
