Rocking Robots Reports from Vision, Robotics & Motion 2024

by Marco van der Hoeven

At the Vision, Robotics & Motion 2024 trade fair, which focuses on the future of automation in production, independent news platform Rocking Robots will report on site as a media partner making various video reports. In addition, Rocking Robots receives visitors with its own stand, in which a robot from partner ABB can be seen at work.

This year’s fair addresses the increasing challenges faced by manufacturing companies, such as stricter customer requirements, shorter lead times, high work pressure, and staff shortages. These issues demand innovative solutions to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of production environments. Automation through robotics, vision, and motion, supplemented with digitalization solutions, are presented as essential tools to overcome these challenges.

With over 100 exhibitors, including manufacturers, system integrators, suppliers, and consultants, the fair offers a wide range of solutions. Participants showcase their technologies and share their expertise on implementation at the fair. Additionally, there is a conference where practical examples and tips from other manufacturing companies are discussed, along with the latest technological developments and applications by industry experts.

A new addition to the fair is the Digital Innovation pillar, focusing on the integration of digital technologies into manufacturing processes. More than 30 parties present their digital solutions at the fair, and various speakers offer insights into how these technologies can be practically applied.

The presence of Rocking Robots, combined with the expertise of ABB, highlights the synergy between media and technological innovation, emphasizing the education and support of manufacturing companies in their transition to more advanced and efficient production environments.
