Dutch insurance company a.s.r. deploys Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to perform the legally required Customer Due Diligence Check for insurance claims. This was a time-consuming administrative process for people, which is performed much faster and more accurately by the RPA robot. Rocking Robots spoke interviewed product owner Ruben Tondeur, and the makers Kelly Adams and Huub Ackermans of Ciphix.
